The Philippine reps are work-at-home agents. Belize and DR are secure, PCI and HIPAA certified facilities.
Lead Generation
During the initial call we pre-screen the candidates based on the clients’ qualification criteria and then transfer them to our internal call center or our client call center to complete the sales process.
Sales
During the sales process we collect order details, payment information and consent to purchase/enroll.
Customer Service
We also do extensive work in customer service, which is focused on first call resolution, efficiencies, and root cause analysis.
